Nhân Viên Marketing (Marketing Executive)

Marketing duties: (55%)

• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
• Coordinating with Sales to create and carry out effective PR, marketing communication campaigns and promotional events.
• Creating and developing new effective ways to communicate the company message to the distributors
• Support in developing & managing company social media channel (Facebook, Google+, Instagram, YouTube).
• Preparing marketing materials, including brochures, letters, press releases, video ...
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activitie

Trips promotion & Event duties (40%)

• Being able to study and explain clearly all the trip promotion to distributors.
• Handle registration of distributors participating in the “trip promotion” program for HCM.
• Support/ Arrange visas, flights, local related services etc.. for qualified distributors to attend overseas trips/ events.
• Organizing and supporting in company’s meetings, workshops, trainings activities.
• Coordinate with Compliance team to prepare appropriate licenses for meetings/ workshop/ events in Hanoi and other provinces in the North.

Other duties as assigned (5%)
